Shipping and Delivery

Botworks Integra Global s.r.l. delivers worldwide using TNT (for Italy) and FEDEX (EU and non-EU). Our company has special agreements with these couriers and is therefore able to offer fast and secure deliveries worldwide. Botworks insures all shipments. 
Note: customs duties may apply for shipments outside the European Community. 
For companies: it is necessary to send Integra Global s.r.l. the company name, registered office address, and VAT identification number required for invoicing. In case of storage or delivery, the customer is responsible for paying all costs. Delivery times may vary for products not in stock depending on the manufacturer's/supplier's lead times. Tracking information will be available when the shipment leaves our warehouses. 
Note: depending on the carrier, tracking information may not be available until 24 hours after the goods are shipped. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. Integra Global s.r.l. is no longer responsible for any delivery delays once the shipment has been handed over to the courier.

DELIVERY TIMES
The indicative delivery times for items in "Available" status are normally 1 to 10 working days.
Delivery times for "Available on order" items are subject to variations depending on production delays by the manufacturer or processing delays by the supplier.

SHIPMENTS
Integra Global s.r.l. will ship the selected and ordered products to the customer at the address indicated, in accordance with the procedures described in the previous paragraphs, through a courier and/or shipper. Delivery will take place within the time specified in the order confirmation. Upon receipt, the customer must check the conformity of the delivered products with the order and only after this should they sign the delivery documents, without prejudice to the right of withdrawal provided for by the clause relating to the "Right of withdrawal". Integra Global s.r.l. assumes no responsibility for any delays or failure to deliver the goods due to force majeure events, such as accidents, explosions, fires, strikes, earthquakes, floods, and any other event that may prevent, in whole or in part, the fulfillment of the contract within the agreed terms. Integra Global s.r.l. shall not be liable to any party or third party for damages, losses, and costs incurred due to the non-fulfillment of the contract for the reasons mentioned above.

Europe Shipments (FEDEX courier):

Express Shipping (International Priority): delivery 1-2 working days
Delivery will be made by the end of the working day, depending on the destination, every working day from Monday to Friday
Saturday delivery is available for countries where it is considered a normal working day

delivery 1-4 working days
