PAYMENT METHODS
We offer various payment methods to make your purchase easy and secure. All transactions are processed by the bank UNICREDIT spa.

CURRENCY
We accept payments in all major currencies. However, we prefer Euros, US Dollars, Pounds Sterling, Swiss Francs, Indian Rupees, and Japanese Yen.

Payments made in other currencies may incur additional charges.

HOW TO PAY

Bank Transfer
To pay via bank transfer, simply request your bank to make a payment to the benefit of Integra Global s.r.l., including the proforma invoice number or the online order reference number in the payment description. All details such as account number, IBAN, and personal information are provided in the proforma invoice received as an official quote or purchase order via the website.

Credit Cards
We accept most credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and Amex. To provide a secure solution for our customers, we rely on the STRIPE payment gateway to protect and encrypt your data.

VAT

Customers residing in Italy pay 22% VAT.
Customers from the European Union are not subject to VAT, provided they supply their VAT number. Without this, VAT is 22%.
Customers residing outside the EU do not pay VAT under any circumstances.

Invoicing
All products are always supplied with a purchase invoice.

All purchases made on the Site are secure, as guaranteed by SSL certification and the respective HTTPS protocol. The payment methods offered involve only highly reputable circuits.

The Customer can make the payment by credit or debit card, via bank transfer in advance, and through the methods accepted on the Site according to the procedures indicated during the purchase process. It is understood that Integra Global remains outside of the contractual agreements the Customer enters into with the payment companies. Moreover, the Customer guarantees the Seller that they have the necessary authorizations to use the chosen payment method for their order at the time of order submission. 

All orders are payable in Euros, US Dollars, Pounds Sterling, Swiss Francs, Indian Rupees, Japanese Yen, including taxes and mandatory contributions. Any bank fees, import duties, and other taxes are the exclusive responsibility of the Customer, even in the case of a refund.

If choosing bank transfer, Integra Global's bank details are communicated via email with the order confirmation. Shipment of the ordered items will only occur upon actual receipt of the due amount in the Seller's bank account, which must occur within 3 working days from the order acceptance date. After these deadlines, the order will be automatically canceled. The bank transfer description must include:

the order reference number; the name and surname of the order holder.

At no point during the purchase process can the Seller know the Customer's credit card information, transmitted via an encrypted protocol directly to the site managing the electronic payment. No Integra Global computer archive will store such data. 

Therefore, Integra Global cannot be held responsible for any fraudulent or improper use of credit and prepaid cards by third parties at the time of payment for products purchased on the Site.

For each order placed, Integra Global issues an invoice for the shipped order, sending it via email to the Customer listed on the order. The details provided at the time of invoice issuance will be those provided by the Customer during the order processing. No invoice changes are possible after issuance, regardless of the electronic format.
