LEGAL CONFORMITY WARRANTY AND CONVENTIONAL WARRANTY
- In terms of reporting non-conformity defects, all products purchased by the Customer are subject to the rules of the Civil Code, specifically Article 1495 c.c., which requires reporting defects within 8 days of discovery. The action is time-barred one year from delivery, as indicated by the invoice and the accompanying letter. Therefore, according to these Terms and Conditions, the manufacturer's warranty for the purchased item does not apply, as Integra Global is not an authorized reseller.
- Used and refurbished products are covered by the same legal warranty applied to new products. However, it should be noted that, due to the nature of refurbished and used products, any aesthetic and non-functional defects, such as scratches, signs of wear, and the absence of non-essential accessories for the product's operation, will not be covered by the legal warranty. The Customer who purchases a refurbished product, being aware of the product's characteristics, cannot claim non-conformity for defects inherent to the product itself as accurately described and for defects related to wear.
- The warranty on products repaired by Integra Global is limited to the activity/component subject to the intervention carried out by Integra Global and does not extend to any further defects that arise subsequently.
- In any case, the Customer must attach appropriate photographic and/or videographic documentation to the return email for the company, clearly showing the error or defect.
- The legal warranty is reserved for the Customer and applies to the product that has a defect of conformity, provided the product itself is used correctly, respecting its intended use and what is specified in the attached technical documentation.
- In the event that, for any reason, Integra Global is unable to return a product under warranty to the Customer (restored or replaced), the Seller may, at its discretion, proceed to refund the amount paid, taking into account the use of the item, or to replace it with a product of equal or superior characteristics.
- The repair or replacement times for the product are indicative and in some cases depend exclusively on the manufacturer's policies; no damage can be claimed from Integra Global for any delays in repairs or replacements.
- In cases where the application of the warranty requires the return of the product, the item must be returned by the Customer complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc.); to limit damage to the original packaging, a second box is recommended; in all cases, avoid attaching labels or adhesive tape directly to the original packaging of the products.
- The Customer intending to return the Product under warranty must complete an RMA form sent by Integra Global to the email address provided at the time of order. Authorization to return products to take advantage of the warranty does not in any way constitute recognition of defects or non-conformity by the Seller. The costs of returning the Product under warranty are borne by the Customer, and the Seller reserves the right to refund them (excluding taxes and charges), once it has been confirmed—following technical verification—that the defect is genuine and not due to non-compliant use or tampering with the Product.
- Integra Global reserves the right to offer a conventional warranty called "Botworks Extended Warranty" applicable to a range of dedicated products, at an additional cost varying depending on the Product. At purchase, the 12-month legal warranty is extended for an additional 24 months, for a total of 36 months; the same conditions provided by the Civil Code and this article apply.
